- Government departments
The challenges Liaison with an overseas client Anglicising content and marketing materials to fit with a UK audience and delivering a senior level audience. Working to tight timescales and pre defined budgets. Securing ministerial involvement. The highlights - Venue sourcing We conducted extensive venue research to locate an intimate lecture theatre to suit the charismatic style of the main speaker.
- Marketing We also undertoook wide-ranging list research and database building within new markets. We completely refreshed the client’s marketing materials for a UK audience including web site, email promotions, printed brochures and delegate handout materials.
- Online registration We created a micro-site for the event to enhance promotion and take secure online bookings. Over 90% of registrations were electronic, which made administration highly efficient and cost effective. Total 117 registrations.
- On-the-day management Smooth running of operations on the day. Delegate registration and helpdesk, timekeeping and management of catering and AV suppliers.
The outcome Delegate evaluations revealed extremely high levels of satisfaction with the event. Facilitated networking during breaks proved to be a particular benefit for many delegates. “Thanks for the professional job and on getting this all done in such a short timescale. It is much appreciated.” Sara Stead, Head of Communications, BLU |
