He set up Dec Marketing Company in 2000 and works with both public and private sector organisations to deliver successful workshops, conferences and exhibitions. A former Business Link marketing manager, Andrew has held senior events and marketing positions within professional services firms, business publishers and training providers. Before setting up his own business, he was Head of Marketing for an international conference company.

| Joy Stimson has been personal assistant to a number of FTSE 100 CEOs. As you would expect, she possesses formidable organisational skills. She has organised high-level business meetings for civil servants and policymakers across local government. Joy has accumulated broad cross-industry knowledge over a 25-year business career. She brings a rich array of skills and experience to our projects including speaker sourcing, delegate registration processes and programme research.
|  | Mary Ferrari is a customer-service orientated events professional. In addition to holding event management positions within M&S, Mary has run conferences, lectures and business forums with the DTI and Small Business Service.
She has worked with some of the world’s most highly regarded business consultants to deliver workshops and training programmes for senior executives.
|  | Marcus Smith-Willson brings extensive sales experience to Dec Marketing, having set up and run his own direct-selling business with The Southwestern Publishing Co.
Marcus has choreographed various independent film projects, and specialises in promotional films for companies and events. As a first-class graduate in English, Marcus also brings high-level research and writing skills to our conference productions.

Ross has a pragmatic approach to design. He believes clarity and communication are paramount, and that only graphic elements serving these ends have any place in a finished piece.

In the early 1990s, Greg was a forerunner in the digital media explosion. His innovations were backed by IBM Europe.
